Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for securing new contracts and driving revenue growth? Join our dynamic Commercial Operations team and play a key role in expanding our Short-Term Management Contracts (SMC) and Times Partner Services (TPS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and convert new business opportunities, delivering 12 new contracts per year
* Meet KPIs, including submitting two proposals per week
* Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance) to craft winning proposals
* Lead the full bid process, from research and proposal writing to contract signing
* Work closely with the Commercial Lead to shape strategy and drive results
* Maintain and improve bid libraries and sales materials
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on deal progress

* Proven experience in business development and contract management
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
