Your role What you'll be doing Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Trainee Trainer within the UK Product Training division. This position falls under our R2c line of business based in Sheffield, UK. This is a permanent full-time role, working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days from home. What you’ll be doing To deliver software product training to customers and internal staff both, face to face and online. Helping to deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service. Key Accountabilities: Deliver software product training for new and existing customers, either face to face in the classroom or virtual delivery via MS Teams (including group workshops). Deliver software product training for new employees during onboarding, via face-to-face delivery during a period of in office working. Preparation for training events, on-line, in office, or on site with the customer, ensuring all materials are available, current, and accurate. Maintain the CRM databases with training feedback, attendance records and areas covered during the training session. Undertake evaluation of training events, analysing feedback from attendees on the day or after the event. Respond to enquiries relating to product training and software functionality whilst representing as the subject matter expert. Good to have Some experience in training or coaching is desirable but bot essential. Training on a particular subject matter. Software experience. Knowledge and understanding of fleet management. Presentation skills. Good communication skills. Not afraid to speak to small/medium groups. Must be able to drive – this is essential.
