Cobalt’s Business Support recruitment desk is thriving, and we’re looking for a driven and outgoing recruiter to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well-established, fast-moving desk with an existing client base and a steady stream of job flow.

Who are we looking for?
* 2+ years’ experience in Business Support recruitment (real estate experience not required).
* Tenacious, outgoing, and relationship-driven.
* Able to manage both temp and perm recruitment – a fast-moving desk with quick turnarounds.
* Experience placing candidates across roles such as Office Assistants, Office Managers, PAs, and EAs.
* Strong business development skills – a mix of account management and new client development.
