JOB TITLE: Car Retail Manager
LOCATION: Staines TW15
SALARY: Basic Salary £37,452 + Bonus - OTE Up To £57,000 + Car + Benefits
Permanent/Full-time, Monday to Friday (working every other weekend plus one day off during the week)
Exciting opportunity at our client’s dealership in Staines for a Car Retail Manager to join their sales team. You will provide support to the Sales Manager in running the sales department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Efficiently and professionally handling all sales enquiries
· Analysing departmental profit daily and managing costs
· Managing the sales team and sales processes
· Controlling profit margins and stock pricing/presentation
· Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
· Collaborating with other departments for an excellent customer experience
· Achieving KPI targets
· Assisting the General Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
· Coaching and developing Sales Executives for success
· Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
· Ensuring professional customer service by the sales team
· Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and used car sales
REQUIREMENTS:
Their ideal Sales Retail Manager should have:
· Experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager within the motor trade
· Good understanding of new and used vehicle sales
· Experience managing a large, successful sales team
· Strong sales generation abilities
· Current UK Driving License
