Hours of work: Full time - Monday to Friday
Setting: Hybrid with the requirement to visit locations across Chesterfield, Leicester and Birmingham
FULL UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

As a supported accommodation officer, you will secure suitable homes for the people you support. You will work with housing providers, contractors, and internal teams to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
* Find and help purchase properties
* Be the main contact for housing providers and contractors.
* Work with our estates team on housing projects.
* Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
* Manage property contracts.
* Conduct property inspections and risk assessments.
* Support individuals with tenancy queries.
* Keep accurate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in the social care sector, including social housing and support.
* Understanding of CQC transitions and ongoing care package requirements.
* Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
* Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Valid UK driving licence
