The UK Contruction North team are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering internal finishes from first fix to handover. Managing subcontractor packages across dry lining, internals and finishes, plus MEP. Understand and read drawings and specification and ability to review and drive short term programme and manage quality including review of ITPs and inspection of works to confirm specification compliance. Demonstrate ability to manage a section of works and coordinate trades and with internal teams. The ideal candidate would have a trades background as an advantage. Experience in high end internal finishes on hotels for 2 of the roles with complex internal interfaces and joinery.
