Recruitment Account Manager - Field Based - Southern Region (Ideally London or surrounding areas)

An opportunity to join Randstad in our Client Services division, working alongside our account management team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced 360 consultant who wants to step away from a billing desk and join the world of account management, there is no new business in the role but you will still require the skill to ask the right questions to find more opportunities within the accounts.
We are looking to grow our team and for someone to work closely with our delivery team to fulfil our clients needs and grow our accounts year on year.
This role is to work alongside our Account Director, working with multiple white collar clients, up-selling and cross selling whilst also managing KPIS. You will need to manage client contracts, discover new opportunities with them and offer outstanding customer service while doing this.
Experience:
Client facing experience in the MSP sector
Track record managing multiple clients, across multiple sectors. ideally professional services
Experience and a demonstrable history of achievement in account management, recruitment & service management.
Contract management, including monitoring performance metrics (SLA's & KPI's)
Business development
Knowledge/use of VMS solutions.Experience:
360 recruitment experience in the white collar sector
upselling and cross selling
growing accounts from good to great
stakeholder management experience
