Job Title: Email & CRM Coordinator
We are now looking for an Email & CRM Coordinator to join our European Regional Team based in London. This role supports the implementation of CRM initiatives to drive engagement, loyalty, and profitable growth, contributing to key business KPIs for the region.
What you will do:
1. Develop, build, and deploy newsletters and SMS across several markets ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of the campaigns
2. Test all newsletters before sending to ensure accurate template responsiveness across devices and email providers
3. Coordinate copy translations, ensuring deadlines are met for translation submissions
4. Optimize and refresh triggered campaigns to be seasonally relevant and in line with key content moments
5. Report on newsletter and trigger campaigns to ensure we’re driving optimum engagement and conversion for all subscribers, across all markets
6. Collaborate with the regional performance marketing team, ensuring consistent messaging of campaigns and promotions across all channels to maximize overall KPIs, focusing on traffic, conversion, and revenue
7. Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to support subscriber growth through data acquisition campaigns

What you need to succeed
* Previous experience working in CRM
* Preferable experience working with Email Service Platforms, knowledge of Adobe Campaign/Emarsys
* Good understanding of Google Analytics
* Experience in digital visual presentation and interpreting data for key stakeholders
* Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively
* Fashion awareness and creativity
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders
Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent role of 39 hours a week based at our Regional Office in London.
