The No Wrong Door service is an innovative and exciting opportunity to provide a bridge between Primary Care, Community Mental Health services and Substance Use services. For too long, people who have co-occurring conditions have been referred around between services, none of which meets their overall needs for support. No Wrong Door aims to change this by using a person-centred approach to ensure that appropriate agencies are involved in a person's care when they need it the most. These vacancies have arisen as a result of an unmet need identified for those members of the public who struggle with the co-occurring conditions of poor mental health and substance use.
