Join us as anElectrical Engineer where you will plan design and developelectrical electronic and electromechanical subsystems andcomponents. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinarySustaining Engineering team closely collaborating with an internalcustomer group to drive innovation and maintain our high standardsof quality.
JobResponsibilities:
* Createdevelop and test electrical electronic and electromechanicalsubsystems and components to fulfill projectrequirements.
* Write comprehensivedesign specifications and develop detailed test plans andspecifications for assessing electrical components and subsystemssuch as motors transformers contactors drives relays switchesheaters andsensors.
* Establish anddocument test specifications for electrical and electroniccontrols.
* Collaborate withsuppliers and internal teams to develop subsystems andcomponents.
* Design subsystems andcomponents to meet marketing specifications and regulatorystandards ensuring integration with the overall systemdesign.
* Provide support forproduction address quality issues (QIs) and continuous improvements(CIs) and engage in problemsolvingactivities.
JobQualifications:
* Bachelor’sdegree in electrical engineering or electrical engineeringtechnology.
* Minimum of 2 years ofelectrical engineering experience ideally in a manufacturingsetting.
* Proficiency inapplying logical or scientific principles to define problems gatherdata establish facts and draw validconclusions.
* Familiarity withengineering design software andequipment.
* Experience withassembly C or higherlevel programming for microcontrollerbasedelectroniccontrols.
* Capability to writetechnical reports and complete documentation within requireddeadlines.
* Ability to remaincomposed in a fastpaced environment while managing multiplepriorities.
* Detailoriented with astrong focus on overall project goals andoutcomes.
* Exceptionalcommunication decisionmaking and organizationalskills.
* Selfmotivated andhandson approach toproblemsolving.
* Eagerness to learnand understand motorcontrols.
