Job Description
Our Finance team is an integral part of the business, achieving best-in-class performance and control through a breadth of specialty Finance Functions. With a finance lens, we help develop, track and communicate progress on an agenda that maximizes long-term shareholder value creation.
Your New Role, What's Involved?
* Annual budgeting & forecasting in accordance with strategy & business plans.
* Support operational team during monthly revenue recognition process.
* Ownership of Profit Centre level management reporting, analysis and business partnering.
* Ensuring variance between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implemented.
* Periodic preparation, commentary and presentation of a finance report at cost centre level (typically monthly)
* Project performance review of; income, cost to complete, working capital and change control.
* Ensuring Corporate Governance, control and best practice is understood and communicated effectively to the business.
* Wider duties may include; bid support, financial integration, commercial training and project team working.
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:
* Part Qualified or qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
* Experience of Business Partnering with a finance background.
* Experience of working within a team.
* Internal candidates applying for this role need to have worked at an Assistant Finance Manager level and have consistently demonstrated delivery above expectation.
* Experience of working with Oracle is a nice to have, but not a necessity.
