Job Overview We are pleased to present a new permanent position for a Porsche & Performance Specialist Sales Advisor to join our Wembley branch. As one of our luxury brand parts specialists you will develop & be accountable for the Porsche & Performance customer base, working alongside our friendly and supportive team to ensure targets & profit margins are always met. You can either work 8-5 or 9-6 Monday to Friday with three other colleagues, dealing with mostly phone and email enquiries. There may be occasional customer visits (travel paid) for our business to business (B2B). This position is B2B and Business to Customer (B2C) and requires a true enthusiast to compliment our customer base as a brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities Maintaining the existing portfolio of Porsche & Performance specialist accounts Identifying new accounts/opportunities focusing on developing sales growth Processing orders including handling account queries and providing part lookup support Liaising directly with customers through inbound/outbound calls, process orders and dealing with enquiries. Liaising with key suppliers within the department for current and new products and special orders as required.
