Join us as Personal Assistant at Barclays, where you'll be responsible for providing extensive support to dedicated senior leader(s) (director level), including diary and mailbox management, organisation of meetings and events and administrative support, being the main point of contact for the immediate and wider teams.
Excellent Inbox management and diary management (to include forward planning and making sure the MD is working on the highest priority items for that week)

Management and facilitating of the cost close out of projects, ensuring any outstanding issues/cost commitments are dealt with in a timely manner.
Supporting identified payroll and related input processes and procedures i.e., Provision of administrative support with regards to the implementation of the talent development strategy, policies, and procedures.
Maintenance of accurate and organised records, including financial documents, reports, and other administrative files.
Management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and ordering as needed.
They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
Escalate breaches of policies / procedure appropriately.
Take responsibility for embedding new policies/ procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.
