About the role
Availability Window:
Days: Sun-Sat 06:00 - 23:00
Shift Leader rate of pay: Starts from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but opportunities for fewer hours (minimum of 12) are available.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you will support the team and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include:
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts.
* Be there for customers and ensure they leave satisfied.
* Look for ways to improve service.
* Guide and support your colleagues.
* Maintain understanding of store performance.
* Lead by example.
