Role Overview As an SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in Autism Support, you'll provide essential support to students with autism, helping them thrive in a nurturing and structured environment. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo, you'll adapt lessons, provide one-to-one support, and foster positive learning experiences to help each child build confidence and independence.
