Responsibilities
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with neurological conditions.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatment.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions and self-management strategies.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a neuro department.
Strong understanding of neurological conditions and treatments.
Excellent clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 19:30
End Time: 08:00
Pay Per Annum: £29.00
Location: Wishaw, North Lanarkshire
