Responsibilities
As the Account Director, you will actively strategise, create and implement campaigns for iconic, household brand names, ensuring that client relationships are maximised and expectations are exceeded.
You will:
1. Manage projects from creative briefs, insight and strategy right through to delivery and execution.
2. Build on existing client relationships, truly understanding their needs and making sure strategies meet their objectives.
3. Be an excellent communicator, ensuring all teams and stakeholders are informed and activities are aligned.
4. Manage costs, client budgets and agency profitability.
5. Develop your team, helping them to achieve personal and professional goals.
6. Be passionate about all things brand, ensuring channels are utilised to their full potential across integrated retail campaigns.
