We’re looking for Customer Success Partners who will be the first point of contact to clients who have purchased our fantastic education-specific software products, helping them with any queries they have and offering full operational support. The primary goal of this role is to ensure our customers achieve success whilst using our products. Some of the main responsibilities of our Customer Success Partners are: Customer relationship management - you'll be great at developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers Customer Success planning - working with the customer to understand their goals and objectives, developing a success plan to help them achieve their goals Support & troubleshooting - Providing ongoing support is key here, no one likes to be stuck with a tech problem Customer engagement & retention - You'll check in with your customers regularly to ensure they're super happy with our software products A full job description is attached to this job advert.
