Service Consultant - Industrial Recruitment Sector

First Call Contract Services are looking to recruit a Service Consultant to help service and develop our Hemel Hempstead office and surrounding industrial operations.

Ideally, candidates will come from a recruitment background and have an understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry. However, this role would suit a candidate with strong sales or customer service skills who wants to learn the recruitment industry.
Candidate duties will include:
* Managing a number of clients' contracts, including advertising, booking filling, and compliance.
* Managing a pool of driving candidates, from order pickers, packers, and warehouse operatives.
* Interviewing and registering candidates.
* Arranging & attending business to business and service meetings with new and existing clients.
* Managing a sales diary and pipeline.
* Managing role advertising and candidate attraction plans in line with clients' hiring intentions.
Candidate experience will include:
* Ideally have a background or experience in the recruitment sector, including new business development or account management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to provide excellent levels of customer service to clients and candidates.
* Ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
* Ability to work to company targets and KPIs.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.
Basic starting salary is DOE; industry-leading packages are available with excellent OTEs and company benefits.
Candidates will ideally have a full UK Driving Licence and their own transport.
