A brand-new opportunity for an experienced Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) has been created by a leading Approved Inspector as a result of continued growth of their North West region, to be ideally based anywhere within Greater Manchester or Liverpool (areas can be shifted around to suit).
The Role:
This Building Control Surveyor position has a Domestic focus however for those seeking a variety of workload, the team is currently managing a good number of larger schemes and plenty of smaller commercial. You would be based from home, attending sites locally with the option of utilising the nearby office for team meetings/catch ups (although no expectation to attend the office).

3. Attending client and design team meetings to give professional advice regarding building control work when applicable.
Person Specification:
1. Extensive prior experience in the role of Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) on different types of projects through the delivery of site inspections and plan checks.
2. Level 2A or above RBI (Registered Building Inspector).
3. Ideally full or associate Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CABE or CIOB.
4. Full UK Driving Licence and use of a car.
