The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and career-oriented Salaried Partner Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Building Surveyor to lead and develop the existing Building Surveying Team in their Leeds office while being supported by an established multi-disciplinary practice. The firm is going through an exciting phase of growth and are seeking an ambitious individual to drive and grow their business in the region. The role involves working across various sectors, including public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, and insurance work. Responsibilities include actively contributing to key client development, providing financial forecasting, managing and developing the team, and driving growth. Provide hands on building surveying services with efficiency Lead on projects often coordinating with in-house multi-discipline design services Client management and development Mentoring, supervising, and leading junior members of the building surveying team Undertake technical reviews to manage the quality of their services The Candidate We’re looking for an engaging and passionate individual with a hunger to drive their business forward in the Leeds region.
