The role
As a Passes & Permits Clerk, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Creating and issuing personnel and vehicle passes.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
* Processes of GDPR Documentation
* Liaising with site security and other onsite departments
* Managing internal computer systems and maintaining accurate records
This role is Part Time and based onsite at RAF Shrewsbury. This role will be Mon & Tues 6.5hrs, Wed 3.25hrs or Wed 3.25, Thursday & Friday 6.5 with flexibility to cover.
Essential experience of the Passes & Permits Clerk:
* Computer literate, training will be provided on the SISYS access control system.
* A similar role or role involving GDPR documentation.
Qualifications for the Passes & Permits Clerk
* UK Driver’s License.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
