Agricultural Service Administrator (Wrotham)

We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about agriculture with strong administrative skills to thrive in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
As an Agricultural Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include:
Warranty and Service Administration
1. Managing warranty input and claims, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurate.
2. Conducting warranty audits and coordinating part returns in line with company procedures.
3. Administering extended warranties for all brands.
4. Liaising with the Service Manager regarding ongoing claims and unresolved issues.
Invoicing and Reporting
1. Processing and finalising invoices for retail, warranty, and internal jobs, ensuring margins are maintained.
2. Generating weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
3. Collaborating with the accounts team to resolve coding and debt queries.
Operational Support
1. Coordinating the telematics system to ensure adherence to service schedules.
2. Managing clock cards, holiday forms, and other administrative tasks for assigned depots.
3. Supporting health and safety audits, including PPE checks, vehicle health inspections, and fire checks.
Customer and Team Support
1. Answering depot calls and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Traveling between branches to address warranty or invoicing issues as required.
3. Assisting with implementing new technologies to improve workshop efficiency.
