This role will primarily be focused on supporting the Finance and Operations Manager in all aspects of account administration and meeting KPI expectations in line with company standards.
The Job
* Processing of Sales and Purchase invoices
* Payroll
* Supplier statements
* Customer credit applications, setting up accounts
* Generating payment runs
* Weekly payroll cover
* Cash office cover
* Updating documents and systems as required
* General Office admin duties
The Person
* Relevant experience
* Team player
* Organised and accurate with attention to detail
* Exceptional numeracy skills
* Work well under pressure
* Able to manage own workload while achieving deadlines
* 20 hours per week. The hours will be 7am to 12pm (Monday to Thursday). If cash office cover is required, a 5:30am start will be necessary. Opportunity for overtime to cover holidays.
