As a Holistic Wellbeing Worker, you'll bring expertise, creativity, and compassion to this impactful role. Essential criteria: A qualification in mental health or working with children and young people (e.g., Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or NVQ Level 4) Experience working with children, young people, and families, particularly in education, mental health, or community settings Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and consent issues, including Gillick competence Ability to deliver 1:1 therapeutic interventions and group workshops for children and families Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks effectively Access to transport and willingness to travel to community locations Desirable qualities include experience in holistic wellbeing practices, delivering workshops, or working with vulnerable groups. A background in monitoring outcomes or contributing to innovative projects is a plus.
