Job Overview
Britvic is seeking a dynamic and driven Value Strategy Analyst to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of profitable growth through data manipulation, predictive analytics, and reporting tools. Your expertise will directly influence business performance, enabling you to make a tangible impact on Britvic's commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain analytics solutions to assist the Value Strategy team in creating optimized price and promotional strategic plans efficiently and driven by great insight through a combination of external and internal data.
* Develop solutions and business capabilities to deliver a more category-centric approach to price and promotional planning using analytical tools to identify category pricing dynamics with insights for external category-based selling stories.
* Build, create, and maintain appropriate reporting suites/dashboards for price and promotional management using a combination of internal and external data sources.
* Support the Value Strategy team in creating and maintaining predictive analytics toolsets to enable efficient and effective price and promotional plan creation and optimization.
* Provide expertise in the design and continuous development of the Value Strategy planning toolkit, evolving them over time to support a more category-centric approach to planning and selling pricing and promotional plans.
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of data management tools, coding, and data visualization (e.g., Alteryx, Snowflake, Python, R, SAC, Power BI).
* Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (e.g., linear regression) is desirable but not essential.
* Basic financial understanding is preferred but not essential.
* Interest in developing data science and/or core commercial skills.
