Our client is looking for an experience service desk supervisor -
Duties -
Oversee day to day running of the department
Deliver all service activity in line with KPI’s
Ensure excellent customer service
Lead and manage a team
Provide consistency in the team and coach/train/mentor
Build relationships with key accounts
Main point of escalation for any issues (this will be a main escalation point over weekends)
Requirements-
Experience in a similar role previously
Management and leadship skills
Experience in customer focused role
Highly organised
Good attention to details
IT Literate
