Working in the commercial department reporting to the Business Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing business processes and systems.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify solutions to business challenges and support the implementation of these systems within the organisation and for our client.

Location: Customer Solution Centre, Durrington, (Worthing, West Sussex)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (start times to be discussed in the interview)
Salary: Competitive, depending upon experience

About The Role
Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer-focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Southern Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to commercial and finance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production of regular business reports
2. Identify problems within the business through data modelling techniques
3. Communicate with senior managers in the organisation to find out what they hope to achieve
4. Formulate ways for the business to improve, based on previous research
5. Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
6. Participate in the implementation of new technology and systems
7. Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them
8. Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties, tasks, or projects as requested by the Business Performance Analyst or the Senior Leadership Team

About You
