Requirements
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. Successful applicants must become a PVG Scheme member or undergo a Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.
Responsibilities
Starting in August, this is a temporary full-time position based at Robert Burns Academy (Barony Campus), Cumnock. The work schedule is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, under the supervision of the Line Manager. The annual salary ranges from £38,000 to £48,000. The contract lasts until 30th June, with interviews scheduled for Wednesday, 26th June.
