Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will be essential in managing administrative tasks and coordinating activities within the service department to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming service requests, providing timely updates and communication to customers regarding scheduling.
2. Maintain comprehensive records of service-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing and customer interactions.
3. Coordinate with technicians to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
4. Generate service reports and analyze data to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with various teams to support departmental goals and initiatives.
7. Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, and managing correspondence).
Key Requirements:
1. Experience with SAP is essential.
2. Experience in a service administration or customer-facing role.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and other office standard software.
6. High attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
7. Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
