Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will be essential in managing administrative tasks and coordinating activities within the service department to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming service requests, providing timely updates and communication to customers regarding scheduling.
* Maintain comprehensive records of service-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing and customer interactions.
* Coordinate with technicians to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
* Generating service reports and analysing data to enhance operational efficiency.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with various teams to support departmental goals and initiatives.
* General administrative tasks (data entry, filing, and managing correspondence)
Key Requirements:
* Experience with SAP is essential
* Experience in a service administration or customer-facing role
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and other office standard software
* High attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
