An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Site Based Cleaning Manager, working at a Paper mill in Kemsley, ME10 area.
Hours:On average 30 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 07:00am - 13:00pm.
Pay rate: £26,832.00 Per Annum.
The Site-Based Cleaning Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations at a designated site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role involves managing cleaning staff, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Please note, due to location of the site own transport is required.

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for the supervision of cleaning of all areas within the contract.
* Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically.
* Running a Key Account cleaning team of 10.
* Managing and Driving Standard Delivery on site.
* Inputting payroll.
* Managing sickness and holidays.
* Auditing to the contract terms.
* Attending client meetings.
* Maintaining a relationship on site with our client.
