Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or electrically biased Technician/Engineer with experience working in a manufacturing or production environment?
The role is open to electrical maintenance engineers, electrical technicians, or multi-skilled engineers from any manufacturing, production, engineering, or industrial background. Engineers will ideally be apprentice trained. Electrically, you will ideally have a 17th Edition qualification and be confident fault finding on PLCs as a minimum. If you have experience working with or servicing/maintaining CNC machinery, you will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for reactive maintenance and pre-planned maintenance on a wide range of production, process, and manufacturing machinery. You will be tasked with resolving both electrical and mechanical faults. You will work for a world-renowned manufacturer with over 1400 assets on site, providing variation within your role. As part of your responsibilities, you will update CMMS, order parts/spares, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects on site.

1. Reactive Maintenance - Maintaining and repairing machinery on site
2. Pre-planned maintenance
3. Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
4. Ordering parts, spares, and stock control
5. A varied role working on a wide range of machinery within a well-renowned manufacturer
6. Monday to Friday. No Weekend Work Required
Work Schedule:
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:30, 13:00 Finish on a Friday
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 15:30 to 00:00, Friday Off on a Late Shift.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Can transfer from any industrial, engineering, production, or manufacturing environment
2. Must have electrical and mechanical skills
3. Electrically must have 17th Edition as a minimum
4. Technicians/Engineers will ideally be apprentice trained or equivalent
5. Candidates with experience working with or within a CNC machinery environment will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply
