We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! Having the right people in the business in the right place and at the right time is crucial to our success, ensuring our customers receive the very best experience. As a number of our roles have a language requirement in addition to English, German language skills are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the end-to-end hiring process for roles across multiple functions—including commercial, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and tech—partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and attract top talent.
* Acting as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, providing market insights, advising on talent attraction strategies, and challenging hiring managers to drive better hiring decisions.
* Developing relationships with international collaborators, building trust and credibility amongst our hiring manager community and senior leaders.
* Developing effective direct sourcing strategies using resources such as your personal network, referrals, school partnerships, LinkedIn, or other innovative ways that you can offer.
* Owning and driving diversity hiring efforts, ensuring our teams are inclusive and reflect a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
* Conducting in-depth candidate assessments to go beyond CVs and understand skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Crafting an outstanding candidate experience - we want every candidate to walk away feeling positive and engaged with our brand.
* Using data and insights to track hiring performance, continuously refining and improving recruitment processes.
* Strengthening our employer brand and ensuring we are recognised as a great place to work.
* Jumping in to support hiring across other locations when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
* Demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions, within an international and/or group business.
* German language skills to a working proficiency or above is essential
* A proactive and solution-focused approach—constantly seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the hiring experience.
* Strong direct sourcing skills—you know your way around Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Insights
* A data-driven approach, using insights to improve hiring processes and measure what’s working.
* A passion for candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong organisational skills to keep processes running efficiently.
* Excellent communication and team member engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
