Salary: £24,570 per annum plus company benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5:00pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Work Model: Hybrid after training, 3 days in the office and 2 from home

Purpose of role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in delivering exceptional client service within a high-volume environment. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing case documentation, liaising confidently with clients, courts, and solicitors, and ensuring the accurate processing of information. Key responsibilities
1. Working as part of a larger team administering Client Accept Service paperwork, following agreed processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information
2. Setting up new cases on behalf of a law firm.
3. The role operates with in a performance-driven, target oriented environment, where meeting key performance Indicators and achieving set goals is essential.
4. Reviewing documentation.
5. Dealing with incoming mail.
6. Role requires data entry and validation of information so accuracy and attention to detail is critical
7. Liaising with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone in order to clarify received or missing information
8. Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
9. Answering a handful of inbound calls from clients each day.
10. Making outgoing calls to clients to obtain missing information.
11. Other administrative duties, as required
12. Adhere to defined standards and processes
13. Have the ability to deal with client issues quickly and effectively, seeking assistance when required
14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients providing assistance and advice as and when required
