Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase the company's market share and revenue. Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve targets through high-volume calls and effective customer engagement strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive performance. Who We're Looking For Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate business development. Strong track record of driving sales and productivity, particularly through outbound calls and client engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
