Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm in Cardiff.

I'm working with a fantastic Financial Planning firm that has the best of both worlds: a family feel with the support of a larger network. They have clients across South Wales and offer a variety of Financial Planning services, from Investments to retirement planning to business protection. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to bring on an Administrator to support their already successful back office team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Onboarding new clients and supporting the servicing of existing clients
2. Sending out letters of authority
3. Liaising with product providers
4. Working closely with other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers
5. General administration duties such as email management

Skills and experience required:
1. Experience working in the Financial Planning industry
2. Experience with the above duties
3. Ideally experience using the Curo back office system
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
