What You'll Be Doing
As Aftersales Manager, you will take ownership of the service department's daily operations, leading by example to ensure smooth workflow, a motivated team, and most importantly, outstanding customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards in all areas.
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing your team, fostering a positive culture and professional growth.
* Driving revenue by identifying and promoting upselling opportunities for additional products and services.
* Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting regular equipment inspections.
* Collaborating with other departments to optimise processes and deliver the best service.
* Overseeing inventory management for parts and supplies, ensuring seamless operational support.

* Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with modern systems and equipment.
