In this role, you will work closely with students facing SEMH challenges, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement lessons that address the unique SEMH complex needs of students. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEMH complex needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist in creating and maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere for students with SEMH complex needs. Support students with SEMH complex needs in developing coping strategies, social skills, and emotional regulation techniques. Monitor and report on the progress of students with SEMH complex needs, adapting support strategies as necessary.
