A pivotal role in the UK & Irish business where you’ll be r esponsible for the execution of the Supply Chain strategy to the Commercial Organisation and its Customers. A key role within the UK&I business, you’ll be the connection point between Nomad Foods Group Supply Chain and the UK&I Cluster Market where your focus will be on building robust short-and long-term plans for demand, inventory control and customer service whilst acting as the custodian for S&OP across the cluster. Builds robust top-to-top relationships with key customers, to drive cost, cash and service efficiencies. Develops trusted and objective relationships with the UK&I leadership team, which provides opportunity to co-create, challenge, and maximise business delivery and value creation to meet and exceed Nomad Foods objectives. Directly leads the Cluster Supply Chain Go-to-Market teams, with active presence across the Nomad Foods business, in all markets. Translates the Supply Chain strategy into actions, guarantee alignment of all the key metrics. An active member of the country leadership team who builds solid and efficient relations with local customers, operating as their primary contact for all Supply Chain activities. We need someone who is an experienced Supply Chain Leader, able to motivate and inspire people to drive excellent execution to deliver business performance. Most importantly, you’re passionate about food, people, and our products Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment with demonstrable supply chain leadership experience, at a cross multi-market and multi factory European / Global network, specifically with planning, S&OP and customer service. You’ve a track record of delivering service, cash and cost efficiencies across complex multi country networks.
