Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Duties:
1. Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
2. Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
4. Generate leads through various channels, such as online listings, referrals, and networking
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
6. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values
7. Prepare and present property listings to potential tenants
8. Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
9. Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in real estate sales or lettings is preferred but not required
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
7. Valid driver's license
