My transportation based client is currently looking for 3 applicants to join their team on a 6 month basis in their help desk department.
This role is for 6 months and will be based at their offices close to fantastic transport links, with on-site parking
Salary is £12.60 per hour, and working hours will be from 8am until 8pm on a rota basis
The suitable applicants will possess the following skills and experience
1. Operate a high-volume query management system answering queries in relation to Network Rail Training.
2. Adhere to processes relevant to each issue to meet the business need and to minimise business impact.
3. Keep customers informed of the progress of queries / expected delivery updates, engaging with Network Rail Training teams and working to service level agreements.
4. Deliver right first-time levels of customer service providing an engaging, positive and vibrant customer experience.
5. Develop / continually improve relations with key stakeholders, play your part in embedding a customer centric culture where all team members consider the impact on customers and their future requirements.
6. Identify, highlight and champion areas of continuous improvement to drive service improvement.
7. Play your part in adopting an inclusive culture where individuals can be themselves and are free to challenge existing process without discouragement. Engage with others to support a culture of operational responsibility where individuals take personal ownership for delivery
Only applicants with relevant call centre and high call volume experience will be considered for this role
The successful applicants will be subject to a DBS standard criminal record check, along with 3 years of education/employment referencing
