Joining a specialist team, we have a new vacancy in the primary servicing team, servicing residential mortgage customers.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage calls, posts and emails within SLAs\nCheck new account uploads\nSubmit Bacs files and action any unpaid direct debits or payments\nDeal with cash allocation, ensuring funds are applied to the appropriate account\nDeal with servicing team banking including card/cash allocation, redemption, part settlement etc\nScan title updates to files\nAction and apply redemptions and capital reduction funds to loans to redemption/completion\nAction all deeds of postponement, and easement requests to completion\nDealing with E-DS1 uploads, payment holiday overpayments exit and refunds - credit arrears report\nDeal with solicitors missing title registration\nDeal with CRA returns (CAIS)\nCheck and action accounts in credit at month-end\nAction the monthly consolidation refunds from the finance team\nDeal with any exceptions between Phoebus and Fusion\nAction on any Bank of England base rate changes or complaints\nTake calls from third parties to assist with the administration of their loans or queriesExperience required:\n\nExperience in servicing residential mortgages is essential from a primary servicing or specialist servicing environment\nWell organised\nAble to work under pressure\nGood telephone skills and attention to detail Trusting Stellar Select:\n\nAt Stellar Select, our commitment goes beyond recruitment; it's about crafting experiences that elevate your career journey.
