Job Description:
As the HR Manager at Perfect Clean Ltd., you will be a key player responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, and operational support. Your role will involve building a strong team and maintaining a work environment that fosters engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Developing and implementing employee development and training programmes
* Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
* Providing HR support to management and resolving day-to-day issues
* Analysing and optimising processes to improve team efficiency
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager
* Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organisation
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
