Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hungerford – Own transport required due to location
Salary: £25,000 - £26,800 (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week) + ½ day Saturday on rota (overtime paid)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in Membury! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy speaking with customers, and have strong administrative skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Answering calls and processing fuel orders
2. Taking payments over the phone
3. Handling stock reconciliation and balancing receipts with sales
4. Liaising with other departments and depots
5. Raising tickets for fuel orders and repeat orders
6. General admin duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in customer service and inbound calls
2. Strong administrative and IT skills (Excel proficiency required)
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
4. Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
5. Knowledge of data protection principles
6. Own transport required due to location
