About the Role To support us, we’re looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys collaborating and supporting others to deliver health and safety (H&S) solutions. As an integral part of the H&S Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Incident Management System, supporting the Head of H&S to deliver the H&S team’s key performance indicators and promoting a positive H&S culture throughout Trivallis. We’re looking for someone who can embed themselves into the team quickly and has experience of creating, managing and maintaining relationships in multi-disciplinary teams, with strong influencing and networking skills with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively. We would expect the successful candidate to be a member of a professional body such as the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and demonstrate continued professional development. What You’ll Do : As a member of the Fleet, Health & Safety (H&S) Team, you will be supporting the Head H&S to implement the H&S service plan and management arrangements to provide Occupational and Landlord H&S support, advice and guidance to all service areas. The successful candidate will have: A NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent and be working towards a level 6 Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent qualification Competent Information Technology skills in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Forms, PPT and SharePoint and excellent written and presentation skills A proven track record of working in an H&S role with a minimum of 2 years H&S experience in housing or a related sector Full UK driving licence and car owner What’s in it for me: We are committed to ensuring Trivallis is a great place to work.
