Our client, an award-winning organization with over 20 years of empowering regional and local communities through training and education, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team. This hybrid role involves identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with levy and non-levy companies while championing a diverse portfolio of apprenticeship programs. You’ll focus on driving growth within key regional sectors and leveraging your network to explore new opportunities. Collaborating closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams will be key to your success. About the Role Location: Hybrid, working from home with monthly travel to Derby. Territory: Covering the North West. Salary: £35,000–£40,000 bonus. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a robust pipeline to drive sustainable business growth. Contribute to business planning and performance tracking to optimize account management. Research and identify growth opportunities with key employers and sectors. Collaborate with the marketing team to target employer groups strategically. Provide accurate, timely updates and detailed reports. Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Offer comprehensive Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to employers and learners. Facilitate the enrollment of learners and employers into appropriate apprenticeship programs. About You Proven experience in business development and account management. Deep understanding of apprenticeship programs and the education sector. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
