Administrator Looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator based in Nottingham to join a leading Maintenance Contractor undertaking decent homes projects on a permanent basis Responsibilities: Supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks Processing invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation Tracking budgets, costs, and variations Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients Maintaining accurate records and reports Assisting with compliance and document control What We’re Looking For: Strong administration experience, ideally within construction or social housing Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in using financial or housing software (COINS is desirable) If you're interested or know someone who might be, apply now
