We have an exciting new opportunity where are looking to recruit a Corporate Back Office Staff member to join us in London on a part time hybrid basis. Our R & D Lab is based in Oxford and the staff specialise in bringing AI and humans together to bring out new insurance solutions with the power of AI. The right candidate will be responsible for the support of operational procedures for the JIA function ensuring compliance with FCA regulations following AND-E and ADJ procedures. This is a part time role for 24 hours per week. Responsibilities Expense reimbursement: Reimbursement of JIA employee expenses, management of invoices, payment procedures, etc. Contract conclusion support: Preparation of contract templates, support for contract conclusion procedures, etc. Final contract sign off will be from CEO and approval from the lab and ANDIM board. Event support: Logistics-related work for internal and external events at the Lab. Tax return support: Preparation and confirmation of documents related to JIA employee tax returns. Translation and interpretation: Translation and subtitling of internal and external documents and promotional videos, and interpretation support at internal and external meetings. Document and goods management: Management of documents such as contract documents, and purchase and management of company goods through our Kissflow system. Real estate and company car management: Management of real estate and company cars owned by the company for JIA. Welcoming new employees: Preparing for the arrival of new employees, supporting orientation. Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Language ability: Must be able to read and write at an advanced business level and hold daily conversation ability in both Japanese and English. Experience: Administration, general affairs, accounting, and interpreting/translation work are preferred.
