Mental Health Safety Planning Outreach Support Worker (Buckinghamshire).
Salary: £24,333 pa (FT, 37 hrs pw), actual £18,414 pa
Hours: 28 hours pw. Tuesday – Friday 1.30pm-9pm
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid with travel to High Wycombe and Aylesbury working 5.30-9pm within a Service.
Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a Support Worker to support the mental health and wellbeing of people at risk.
As a Safety Planning Outreach Support Worker you’ll have the ability to support people with suicidal ideation or self-harm to complete safety plans and to access support networks and relevant community services to help them on their journey to better mental health.

Who we are looking for
In addition to your skills and experience working with people with serious mental health issues, you’ll also have strong interpersonal skills to work with other health professionals, and you’ll be well organised to manage your diary and your reporting requirements.
As this role is based in the community with travel between several locations, you’ll need access to a vehicle for use during work hours. Alternative transport arrangements will be considered.
