The Product Manager role…
As a Product Manager at Pure you will play an essential role embodying Pure’s approach and commitment to delivering a best in show digital customer experience. Collaborating with our direct sales team, customer service team and our internal development team to optimise the Pure Pet Food digital services.
You’ll build connections with Pure’s subscription customers, putting their needs at the heart of your decision making and work with our in-house Development team to turn customer problems and opportunities into deliverable goals, managing their delivery and evaluating their success.
Duties and responsibilities of the role are:
* Ensuring the goals and direction of the business are aligned with our customers’ needs.
* Thinking creatively and working with our UX Team to create user-centered solutions.
* Identifying new opportunities to expand our digital services, offering innovative solutions to customer problems.
* Not being afraid to challenge the ‘norm’ and open to new, innovative ways of tackling challenges.
* Use our in-house development (UX, Dev and QA) team to take idea to solution, delivering iteratively and to the highest standard.
* Using data to make informed decisions and monitor performance of new initiatives.
* Truly understanding our products, how our customers use them and how they can make their lives better.
* Learning from our customers, understanding what drives their decisions and how we can provide innovative solutions that meet their needs.
* Exploring new growth opportunities for us to expand our offering, providing value to new and existing customers.
* Ensuring our existing digital services are kept up to date with emerging technologies and market trends to keep our digital presence ‘Best in show’.
* Prioritising new opportunities to ensure we’re delivering the right thing for our customers and the business.
* Working with different areas of the business to align delivery with other initiatives.

* Passionate about digital customer experience.

It’s essential that you:
* Have experience leading a development team with product delivery.

* Deliver using Agile methodologies.
* Can commute to the Leeds area 3 days per week.
